Instead of a traditional “sermon,” our custom is for the worship leader to share readings and prepared words with the community, after which participants are invited to reflect and respond. This is what makes up our complete Sunday morning “Reflection” process.  Sometimes we do this by passing a microphone around the room - and we ALWAYS encourage continued reflecting by using the comment feature of our "Reflecting Pool."
